Hacking your diet and your performance

We are all drawn to the promise that there are breakthrough with supplements that will enable us to move forward and enhance the performance. That means it is marketed as a builder for better health, brainfunction and performance. In some ways it is execution of what you know to be true that is most helpful, and not lost marketed magic pills and supplement powder.
All this gets down to handling the basics of nutrition properly every day, instead of eating poorly and then hoping that supplementation will fix everything. Try to get good information about your body and learning how it reacts to what you eat and drink, and also thinking about your blood flow and also consult with a nutritionist for hacking your diet. But there is always some good advice on the road and follow the basics.

- Make sure to eat one gram of protein daily for every pound of body weight to support muscular growth.
- Eat at least fist-sized of vegetables a day
- Drink water at ounce per pound of body weight throughout a typical day.
