During 15th century Ashikaga Yoshimasa broke his tea pot. He did not want to buy another one and sent it back to China for repair. He was disappointed when he received it back attached together with cheap materials. The local craftsman tried to come up with a solution using a golden polish to fill up the cracks, making the bowl more unique and beautiful! It became an art where Yoshimasa placed it in the shelf with one of his other fine art of collections.

You recognize the feeling of a regret when things get destroyed. If that time is used instead to fix and transform it to something new, you will see a new item.

Exactly that is what Kintsugi means in Japanese art of fixing broken bowl back together with gold polish and giving it a new identity.

Imperfections can occur in life and nobody is perfect, but a fact is that hard times and setbacks can strengthen your personality and create new possibilities in life. Next time you think of a challenge,a negativity in the past, or a progress falls behind, remember these rules:

- We are stronger and more resilient. It's in our genes!

- You can always get back on track and have better progress tomorrow.

- Use your negative emotions from failures to create a better tomorrow for yourself

and people around you. Have a laser focus on self development and your goals.

- Every crack and pain is a part of your history but does not define you as a person in the future. Accept failures and setbacks, but keep moving forward.

- Always keep improving yourself.

- Admire imperfections and live with resilience.

You might be broken and that is ok, but this is temporarily. It will soon be repaired to a greater good.
